Esther LeVine was also known as "Ester" according to the January 1920 census. She was born in 1897 or 1898.1 According to the 1930 census, her parents were born in Germany and she was born in the United States.1

Esther LeVine married Albert LeRoy DeVoe, son of John Herbert DeVoe and Edith Edna Tompkins, in 1916.2

Esther LeVine appeared on the census of 15 January 1920 at 80 Central Avenue, White Plains, Westchester County, New York, as a boarder with her husband in the household of Annie Watkins.3 She was a clerical worker for the New York Central Railroad according to the January 1920 census.3

Esther LeVine appeared on the census of 19 April 1930 at 5 Harmon Street, White Plains, Westchester County, New York, with her husband and daughter in the household of her father-in-law.1

Esther LeVine died in May 1936.4 The cause of death was cancer.5,6
