Barbara Jane DeVoe was born on 25 November 1926 in New York State.1,2 She was the daughter of Albert LeRoy DeVoe and Esther LeVine.3

Barbara Jane DeVoe appeared on the census of 19 April 1930 at 5 Harmon Street, White Plains, Westchester County, New York, in the household of her grandfather.1

Barbara Jane DeVoe appears in a family photograph possibly taken at the time of John Herbert and Edith DeVoe's fiftieth wedding anniversary in 1938.

Barbara Jane DeVoe appeared on the census of 22 April 1940 at Armonk, Westchester County, New York, in the household of her father.4

Barbara Jane DeVoe died of cancer of the uterus in April 1963 at age 36, probably in Grasslands Hospital, Valhalla, New York.5
