Eunice Oakley was born on 18 December 1760 in Cortland Manor, Westchester County, New York.1 She was the daughter of William Oakley and Eunice Hunt.

Eunice Oakley married David Oakley, son of David Oakley and Sarah Hunt, about 1778.2,3 David and Eunice were first cousins, since they both had Miles and Sarah Oakley as grandparents and also Moses and Ann Hunt as grandparents.

Eunice Oakley died on 10 January 1848 at the home of her son William in Yonkers, Westchester County, New York, at age 87.4,3
