Sarah Hunt was born on 18 March 1725.1,2 She was the daughter of Moses Hunt and Mary Close.3
Sarah Hunt married David Oakley, son of Miles Oakley and Sarah Pugsley, about 1741.4,5,3,6 Everett Hunt's web site shows Sarah Hunt instead marrying John Oakley, Jr., before 30 June 1760, but also says John G. Hunt cites another source which states Sarah m David Oakley Jr (Thomas Hunt Descendants, Manuscript, December 1936 Copy in possession of Everett Hunt.)2
Sarah Hunt died on 18 September 1804 at age 79.1,7 She was buried in St. Paul's Cemetery, Eastchester, Westchester County, New York.5,7
