A manual crank is attached to the shaft holding the worm so that rotation of the worm results in elevation or declination of the boom assembly. A cable is fed from a winch mounted on the body assembly to a pulley fixed at the end of the boom. Rotation of the winch retracts or extends cable to raise or lower the load. The body assembly is attached to the base assembly by a large bolt mounted to two thrust bearings, assuring smooth rotation of the body/boom assembly. A long handle is attached to the rear of the body assembly to facilitate easy rotation of the body.
