Elizabeth DeVoe was born on 18 November 1869.1,2,3,4 She was the daughter of Isaac DeVoe and Cordelia A. Oakley.5

Elizabeth DeVoe appeared on the census of 20 June 1870 at Mount Pleasant Township, Westchester County, New York, in the household of her father; her name is recorded as Maria E., her age as 7/12, and the month of her birth as "Oct."6

Elizabeth DeVoe died on 2 December 1878 at age 9.1,2,3
