The pylons are made from 3/4” 6061-T6 Aluminum. They were machined by hand on a Bridgeport milling maching and on a bandsaw. The hooks are threaded into the top of the pylon and are made of stainless steel. The pylons interference fit into two small base plates and are secured with 1” machine screws. These small base plates are then secured into the large base with four machine screws. |
