William Landrine DeVoe was born on 13 June 1860.1 He was the son of Isaac DeVoe and Cordelia A. Oakley.2

William Landrine DeVoe appeared on the census of 29 August 1860 at Mount Pleasant Township, Westchester County, New York, in the household of his father; his name is shown as James (handwriting not clear), and his age as 2/12.3

William Landrine DeVoe died on 18 September 1864 at age 4.1
