There are many different variations on my basic egg and flour recipe that can be used to produced flavored or colored pasta. With all of these follow the basic dough instructions. After mixing an egg and flour, I then add the ingredient below and then mix in the appropriate amount of egg and/or flour to reach the correct consistency. Be creative and try your own variations.
