Ingredients:

Sodium Acetate*3H₂ O                     25g

Glucose                                              20g

Agar                                                   15g

Pancreatic Digest of Casein               10g

KH₂PO₄                                               6g

Yeast Extract                                       5g

Ammonium Citrate                             2g

Polysorbate 80                                    1g

MgSO₄                                                0.575g

FeSO₄                                                 0.034g

MnSO₄                                                0.12g

Glacial Acetic Acid                               1.32ml

Dissolve the agar in 500mL of water by boiling.Dissolve all other ingredients in 500 ml of water; adjust the pH to 5.4 usingHCl and mix with the melted agar. Boil for another five minutes and pourplates. No further sterilization is needed. Avoid repeated melting and cooling.
