I am a Ph.D. student at iSchool, University of Maryland, College Park, currently a member of the HCIL lab.

My research involves supporting sensemaking and creativity on scientific literature, with my advisor Joel Chan. During my internship with Eunyee Koh, Ryan Rossi, et al. from Adobe Research in summer 2019 and 2020, I designed and researched ML techniques for visual analytics. In summer 2018, I interned at DAMO Academy, Alibaba, on dialog state tracking for the shopkeeper chatbot at

Many influenced me throughout education from an MS in Language Technologies from Carnegie Mellon University, an exchange program at the University of Waterloo, a BEng in Software Engineering from Chu Kochen Honors College, Zhejiang University, and beyond.
