Hi! My name is Xin. My integrative paper topic is Bringing Chatbot Technologies into Interactive Museums of Historical Figures.

Since joining the HCIL lab in 2018, I am advised by Dr. Joel Chan on the computational analogy project for sensemaking and creativity.

In 2019 and 2020, I was fortunate to intern at Adobe Research with Dr. Eunyee Koh, Dr. Ryan Rossi et al. on ML techniques for visual analytics, specifically captioning and recommendation. Previously, I also interned at DAMO Academy, Alibaba on dialog state tracking.
