Introduction and statement of purpose:
Hi, my name is Quincy Bell, and I'm a freshmen mechanical engineering major at the University of Maryland - College Park. I am a member of the College Park Scholars - Science and Global Change Program. I am also a member of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers organization here at UMD. In my short time here I have loved the UMD experience, from working out at the Eppley Recreation Center to professional career fairs. I plan to continue study mechanical engineering, but also minor in quantum science. I have already began looking into this minor by joining the UMD Undergraduate Quantum Association.
