I Gave a Talk on DNA Analysis at the AI in Math Seminar

I gave a talk at the on-campus AI in Math seminar on DNA analysis using CNNs and LLMs. The content was closer to biology than mathematics, but it was a good opportunity to present my recent work on DNA splicing, which I started this year. The slides are available here.
