Alfred T. Watkins married secondly Rachel Amelia Troup, daughter of Charles Robert Troup and Rachel Amelia Walpole. Alfred T. Watkins and Rachel Amelia Troup lived in 39 Upland Avenue, White Plains, Westchester County, New York.1 He was a member of Plumbers Local No. 299.2

Alfred T. Watkins died on 1 February 1962.3,2 He was buried in Hamptonburgh Cemetery, Hamptonburgh, New York.2
