Samuel House was born on 28 March 1665 in Scituate, Plymouth County, Massachusetts.1 He was the son of Samuel House and Rebecca Nichols.2,3

Samuel House married Sarah Pinson, daughter of Thomas Pinchon and Elizabeth White, on 25 February 1691/92 at Scituate, Massachusetts.1,4 Samuel House lived probably near Curtis's Mill, west of the Third Herring Brook, in Scituate, Massachusetts.5

Samuel House died in 1718.5 Carol Kroeger's book gives his date of death as 15 July 1702, but if true it would not have been possible for his daughter Elizabeth to have been born in 1704.1
