Aaron Soule was born in December 1705 in Duxbury, Massachusetts.1 He was the son of Aaron Soule and Mary Wadsworth. Another source gives January 1706 as a possible birth date.2

Aaron Soule married first Alice Peterson, daughter of Jonathan Peterson and Lydia Wadsworth, on 5 May 1727 at Duxbury, Massachusetts.1

Aaron Soule married secondly Lydia Peterson, daughter of Jonathan Peterson and Lydia Wadsworth, on 26 December 1733 at Duxbury or Pembroke, Massachusetts.3,4

Aaron Soule married thirdly Orphan Waterman, daughter of Anthony Waterman and Elizabeth Arnold, on 18 December 1775 at Pembroke, Massachusetts.1

Aaron Soule died on 21 January 1783 in Pembroke, Plymouth County, Massachusetts, at age 77.3,1
