Hello! My name is Gabriel Cruz, a freshman Electrical Engineering major at the University of Maryland, College Park. I am a part of College Park's Scholars' Science and Global Change Program. I am thoroughly enjoying UMD and SGC both for supplying so many exciting ways to learn and get involved with the community. Personally, I like spending my time outside in a field, playing sports, walking, or hiking. I'm fond of learning about electronics, sustainability, nanoscience, and a load of miscellaneous topics. That being said, I am ecstatic to see the things I'll learn these next few years!
