Dancer's Pedigree

Since Dancer was my first horse, I was somewhat infatuated with who she was and where she came from. I have found out through word of mouth that her sire (Fern Dancer) was a failed Thoroughbred sire (i.e. his foals did not do anything to speak of at the track) and that Dancer is probably in the first of two test crops. He was later advertised in the Maryland area as a sport horse sire. Dancer's Dam (Cee's Tidy May Bee) seems to probably qualify as a Foundation Quarter Horse. I do know that Dancer had a full sister (named Rose Fern) who last I heard lived in Delaware. I am VERY interested in any information on her or either of Dancer's parents (especially pictures). Last I heard (circa '97) Fern Dancer was still alive (at 31) and was retired and living in Hollywood, MD.

For this pedigree, I used the following Color Code (and yes, Black Polly is Bay):

I have bolded the names of horses that would seem to be well known and possibly worth bragging about a bit. GRIN
