Dr. Klauda is awarded a grant from NIST to support work on studies of sensing biological polymers with a bio-nanopore. This work is in collaboration with Dr. Arvind Balijepalli and Nick Guros recently joined the lab to work on this project.
Pouyan, Viviana and Xiao present their work at a local symposium at NIH.
Dr. Klauda is awarded 5-year NSF CAREER Grant "Secondary Active Membrane Transporters: Determining Protein Structure and Transport Mechanisms with a New Hybrid Simulation " (BIO/MCB: 8/1/2012-7/31/2017)
