Objective:

To design a fixture that has interchangeability between a Mouth-Motion Simulator (MMS) and a Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM).

Purpose:

The fixture will provide a means of performing more precise measurements on tooth wear. The interchangeability of the fixture between the MMS and CMM allows for repeatability of the wear measurements without loss of percision.

Normal wear on a tooth is simlulated using the MMS Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM)

Tooth Fixture - Interchangeable with MMS and CMM CMM Mounting Fixture
