- Hand in the engineering drawings of EXAMPLE 3-4, which is on page 120.
- Construction of a right-hand crankshaft for a six cylinder engine. To
facilitate your work, the following procedure is provided to clarify the
dimensions and to instruct you how to use COPY and MOVE functions. You
need to hand in the engineering drawings with dimensions, just like te
work you have been asked in the above problem.

The following procedure is for construction part of the crankshaft. The
geometry for construction is shown in figure 1. It consists of three pairs
of cranks which have the same dimensions.

Let's first create one crank. Selet DTM3 as the datum plane and flip the
arrow to point to z negative direction. Select DTM2 as the top reference
plane. Create the sketch as shown in figure 2(a). The depth of the crank
is equal to 0.6.
