| 1. | Be serious about your homework because it is an important vehicle to
learn. Homework must be neatly done on 8" x 11" paper. |
| 2. | Homework is due at the beginning of the lecture on its due date (Tuesday). No late homework will be accepted unless prior permission is granted by the instructor. |
| 3. | Homework will be graded as to content, effort, and timeliness. Copying will not be tolerated. |
| 4. | Your name and group number(when assigned) should be clearly shown on
the first page. Staple multiple pages together. |
| 5. | Team work is strongly encouraged. But identical or almost identical homework among students will be treated as copying. Very low grades will be given |
| 6. | The 15% of the team project and 10% of the lab reports will be graded in two parts. In the first part, all the team members will get the same grades. In the second part, the instructor will assign a grade to each student in the team with a letter based on his observation. The first part will account 20% of the 25% total. The second part will be 5% of the 25% total. |
