PROBLEM STATEMENT

Machinists require interactive training to demonstrate proper assembly of  an Injection Molding Machine (IMM).  The visual aide of an animation assembly procedure is a great tool to for this training.

 
SOLUTION

-Research of IMM mechanics
-Using Pro Engineer Software, model 3 sub-components 
-Construct an Assembly of sub-components 
-Determine an ideal procedure of assembly
-Make animation of the assembly procedure
-Provide written documentation to accompany the assembly procedure animation
