Stoichiometry Problems

Many students need stoichiometry help in both high school and college. There are a few ways to get the help you need quickly and effectively.

  1. First find a stoichiometry help resource that provides practice problems with an explanation of each step.

  2. Understand that you have to work problems yourself, not just look at a problem and then the solution. Struggle with it, then look at part of the solution. Try to figure out what is stopping you. Then refer back to the worked problem.

  3. It's best if you can do this with a dedicated study group to get active and effective stoichiometry help (read more about study groups). You'll learn faster and remember longer.

  4. Visit a resource like Success in Chemistry and work through their section on stoichiometry. Start at the beginning and take the short practice quizzes as you go. This will insure you have the basics before attempting more involved stoichiometry problems.

  5. Stick with it. It takes some effort but ultimately can be rewarding to master.
