The Comanche Tribe, by Michael H.

The Comanche tribe lived in Oklahoma, and Texas. They spoke Uto-Aztecan. They lived in tepees made of buffalo skins. They ate buffalo, antelope, and other products available on the plains. The Comanche made little agricultural use of the land. They were known as the finest horsemen of the plains. They had a reputation of being brave. The Comanche tribe fought for forty years against the Texans until The signing of the Loge Treaty in 1867.
