I am from Harford County, Maryland. I love spending time outside and in the sun!
I am a sophomore mechanical engineering student with a passion for learning and creating.
Through the Science and Global Change Scholars program, I hope to gain an understanding of the consequences human activity has on the environment and how negative consequences can be remedied through innovation and policy.
Given the increasing recognition of the value of the environment and the implentation of environmentally centered policies, it appears that the world will rely on renewable energy to a growing extent. I hope to be a part of the forefront of continuing innovation in the interest of environmental preservation. Through my major, I want to understand what meaningful impacts I can have on the environment through engineering, specifically regarding renewable energy.
I am enjoying University life with friends and learning through experience on the Terps Racing EV team.
