The only story here is that Greenspan is being fairly consistant; whereas this administration is not. Well they are in their own way: tax cuts and regressive tax schemes for all and all potential situations. How Greenspan viewed the current tax cut proposal - also seems to have come as no real surprise to anyone. The W. Post had an editorial in Mondays paper outlining this.
