My name is Nolan Page, and I'm from Rhode Island. I'm a freshman journalism and environmental science & policy major at the University of Maryland, College Park. I am also a part of the Science & Global Change (SGC) program within College Park Scholars. Through SGC, I hope to compliment my journalism education with exposure to climate change and environmental issues---which I am very passionate about. On campus, I am part of the tennis club and involved with student news publications like The Diamondback and the Capital News Service. I look forward to continuing to expose myself to journalism and to learn more about global change through Scholars!
