I am a doctoral researcher in the Department of Mechancial Engineering at University of Maryland, College Park. My research is supported by the Department of Energy BENEFITS program, the GEM fellowship, and the National Science Foundation LSAMP Bridge to Doctorate fellowship, as well as several other fellowships, grants, and awards. My full CV can be accessed here.
My research interests center on the development of heat pumps with high energy efficiencies, and zero environmental impact. My methodological expertise is in designing, constructing, and testing prototype systems and components. I use these skills extensively in my work on elastocaloric cooling.
