18.1 In addition to the condition numbers, 
	(b) also do uncertainty analysis on these two parameters (as in
		Example 18.2)
	(c) Perform a Monte Carlo analysis of the sensitivity of C(total)
		to vs (settling velocity). Assume that vs is uniformly
		distributed over the range given.
