I am a sophmore Phsyiology and Neurobiology major on the pre-med track from Potomac, Maryland. I am very interested in science, especially envolving the human body as well as medicine. I plan on pursuing a career in the medical field and am interested in pediatrics. Additionally, I am interested in research. I chose to study biology with a concentration in physiology and neurobiology because I am interested in studying how organisms function from a molecular to an organismal level. I became a Science and Global Change Scholars because I wanted to learn more about the science and effect of environmental changes. I look forward to interacting with what the campus has to offer and hope to secure a research opportunity on campus by next year.
