Hi, I'm Irene. Welcome to my website portfolio. I'm a sophomore at UMD majoring in Computer Science. I'm also in the Science and Global Change Program for College Park Scholars. What I want most from my college education is to discover more about my major in a professional setting. I still have a lot to learn, so I want to experience as much as I can in college. I also hope to have fun while doing it. My previous semesters until now involved living at home, taking all virtual classes. While certain aspects of being online did have their appeal, I felt that the college experience wasn't complete without living on campus, so I'm glad I get to experience it now.

Despite the the developing situation with COVID, I am beginning to explore opportunities for internship, albeit very carefully. I plan on finding more opportunities when conditions improve. I have shining expectations for the years to come and hope to do my best while I'm here.
