Lunch Club Recipes


Our Lunch Club meets once a month, and everyone brings a dish related to the theme we've picked for the month. Here's a list of what I brought to each lunch, with links to the recipes (many of these are from the Epicurious web site). As of this writing, the recipes for several months are missing -either I can't remember what I brought, or I remember but (1) I can't find the recipe or (2) the recipe is from a COOKBOOK (antique technology) and I'm going to have to transcribe it. So stay tuned - I'll fill in the blanks as I get them figured out!
