Lizzie Bumstead was born in October 1885.1 She was the daughter of William Bumstead and Hannah Matilda Rushmer.2

Lizzie Bumstead appeared on the census of 21 June 1900 in the Town of Bedford, Westchester County, New York, in the household of her father.1 A gravestone was observed in the Buxton Cemetery, Bedford Township, with the inscription BUMSTEAD / ELIZABETH / 1884 - 19533.4
