Benjamin de Veaux was born about 1703.1 He was the son of Frederick de Veaux and Hester Terneur.1

Benjamin de Veaux married Jane Oblinus, daughter of Tiebout Oblinus, on 8 February 1726, and shortly after moved to Delaware.1

Benjamin de Veaux died in 1772.1
