Josiah Hunt was born about 1648 in Stamford, Connecticut.1,2 He was the son of Thomas Hunt and Cicely Clark.1
Josiah Hunt married Rebecca Harrison, daughter of John Harrison, about 1670 at Weathersfield, Connecticut.1,3
On 6 June 1671 Rebecca Harrison and Josiah Hunt testified at the trial of her mother on the charge of witchcraft.1
