Sharon Ann Douglas was born on 24 November 1944 in New Orleans, Louisiana.1 She was the daughter of Ralph Oscar Douglas and Edna Marian Rosso.2 She changed her name legally to Sherry Rosso, using her mother's maiden name.

Sharon Ann Douglas died on 19 September 2018 at age 73.
