Mary Louisa De Voe was also known as "Maria Louise."1 She was born in 1842 in Manhattan, New York.1 She was the daughter of Thomas Farrington De Voe and Lucy Bock.2 Another source says she was born in 1843.2

Mary Louisa De Voe married Henry Harrison Wotherspoon in 1863.1

Mary Louisa De Voe died on 9 December 1907 in Manhattan, New York.1 She was buried in Saint Johns Cemetery, Yonkers, Westchester County, New York.1
