EDWARD DE VOE
EAST VIEW--Edward De Voe, 68, of 265 Hamilton Avenue, White Plains, died at Grasslands Hospital this morning after a long illness. Born in Tarrytown, a son of the late Isaac and Cornelia De Voe, he had lived in White Plains 30 years. His wife, Harriet Losee De Voe, died three years ago.
He was a member of the Carpenters' Union and of Memorial Methodist Church of White Plains.
Surviving are four brothers: Arthur De Voe, 250 Central Avenue; Frank De Voe, 36 Davis Avenue, both White Plains; William De Voe, Irvington, N. J., and Frederick De Voe of California. He also leaves a sister, Miss Ethel De Voe of the Bronx.
The body is reposing at the Lockwood Funeral Home, 18 East Post Road, White Plains.
