Plans were filed yesterday in the Bronx Building Bureau for the new Teachers' College Building at Riverdale. It will be four stories in height, of brick, 125 feet front by 60 feet deep on the north side of 246th Street, 180 feet west of the Post Road. There will also be erected adjoining on the east a three-story brick dwelling occupying a frontage of 43 feet. The school is estimated to cost $125,000. The architects are Edgar A. Josselyn and Howells & Stokes.
