Power Up

1. Assuming all units are powered down:
2. Plug-in the twist-lock plug into 125V x 30A receptacle behind the stepper.
3. Only if the Maximus lamp housing is cool, and all units powered down (especially the computer):
• ARC LAMP POWER SUPPLY : POWER switch ON. Then immediately,
• ARC LAMP POWER SUPPLY : START (rocker) switch ON two seconds.
• Wait until lamp watt meter stabilizes at 350 W.
• TURN ON POWER TO ALL UNITS:
• Video Monitor Power Supply
• Video Monitor Screen
• DSW/AWA
• DSW/AWH
• Computer Interface (switch on back of unit)
• Stage Control
• Computer
4. On the Computer:
• Menu: <DX_disk_files> <DX1:data_file> <Jobfiles.ddx>
• Menu: <Operate_stepper> <Start_with_defaults>

Power Down

1. Issue keyboard command LOG OUT
2. Return to setup/config. mode: ALT+F1
3. On Computer - Menu: <File> <Exit>
4. TURN OFF POWER TO ALL UNITS
• Computer
• Computer Monitor
• Stage Control
• Computer Interface (switch on back of unit)
• DSW/AWH
• DSW/AWA
• Video Monitor Screen
• Video Monitor Power Supply
• Arc Lamp Power Supply
5. Pull out twist-lock plug from wall receptacle behind stepper.
