Must be able to: Work anytime, anywhere, and with a variety of devices (e.g., Web browser, Palm Pilot, Cell Phone). Need computational support for: Collection, representation, organization, generation and management of project requirements. Traceability of project requirements to the project design. Process planning (i.e., scoping out in advance, indentifying, and understanding the resource bottlenecks). Cost estimation and bidding on project opportunities. Tracking, documentation, and management of design changes and project progress.
