E.coli,              (Gram positive)
S. marcenes,   (Gram negative)
B.subtillus,       (Gram positive)
S.aureus.         (Gram positive)

The distinct zone of inhibition was shown by organism H on all plates. The fainter zones of inhibition shown shown by I are not as clear on S.aureus. All of the other candidates showed inhibition on the gram negative organism S. marcenes indicating that they were all capable of producing antibiotics. Organism H and I attacked a broader base of organisms.
