William E.B. DuBois

	This stamp commemorates William E. B. DuBois. William was a talented man.
	 William was a black scholar, writer, sociologist, philosopher and a
	  leader which most black people couldn't be. William helped organize 
	  the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People 
	  (NAACP) in 1909 which made a big difference. William worked as a 
	  editor of Crisis, the NAACP magazine. William wrote 20 books. Souls 
	  of Black Folks  is his best known. He was a great man.
