  • Revenue management: robust single-leg seat allocation policies with limited information; distribution-free methods for simultaneous overbooking and seat inventory control problems.
  • Order promising and fulfilment: due-date management, online delivery date quoting.
  • Perishable inventory management:  study the impacts of upgrade and downgrade substitutions using simulations.
