I am a Ph.D Student in the Department of Desicion and Information Technology, Robert H. Smith School of Business, University of Maryland.

 

I am currently working with Professor Michael O. Ball on Revenue Management, Order Promising and fulfillment, using robust optimization, integer programming, and cross-entropy methods.

 

Along with Professor Itir Karaesmen, I am working on Revenue Management and Perishable Inventory Management, using simulation and robust optimization.

 

I have just passed my proposal defense on 01/04/08. The proposed dissertation title is: Robust Revenue Management: Theory and Experiments. In the morning of the proposal defense day, I got the news that my first paper is accepted to appear in Management Science.
