Assistant
Professor XIAOQING WANG
is an Assistant Professor in the Decision,
Operations, and Information Technologies Department at the Robert H. Smith School at the University of Maryland. Her research interests
include online communities, computer supported collaborative work, and
technology adoption and diffusion. Dr. Wang’s work has been published or
accepted in Information Systems
Research, Organization Science, Journal of Computer-Mediated Communication,
the Journal of Medical Internet Research, International Conference on
Information Systems, the ACM conference on Computer Supported Cooperative
Work, the ACM conference on Computer-Human Interaction, and Hawaii
International Conference on System Sciences. She has taught undergraduate
core courses on Introduction to Information Systems and an MBA elective on
Social Computing and Web 2.0. Dr. Wang holds a Ph.D. in Information Systems
from the University of Pittsburgh, M.A. in
Economics from Central Michigan University,
and B.A. in International Finance from Fudan
University, Shanghai, China. |
