Spiro T. Agnew
Spiro Agnew was born on Nov. 9, 1918 in Towson, Maryland.
He attended highschool and college in Baltimore.
He studied chemistry at Johns Hopkins University.
His political involvement was casual and undistinguished
until he was chosen to be the Vice Presidential running
mate for Richard Nixon. Unfortunately his career ended
in disgrace when he resigned in 1973 because he had
accepted bribes while he was governor of Maryland.
He died in 1996.
