Non-inverting amplifier

Download for Macintosh or for PC.

In this standard non-inverting amplifier configuration, the nominal closed-loop gain is given by the ratio of R1+R2 to R1. You can edit the values of R1 and R2 to change the gain to any desired value. Just click on the resistor value with the mouse pointer and edit like any text field.

You can vary the slider on the left to change the input voltage. Note if you attempt to make the output voltage exceed the output voltage limits (+14 and -14 volts), the output will "saturate" at the limit until the input voltage is reduced. The gain equation is valid only if the amplifier is not saturated.
