TeacherWeb (Hands-on session):
The presenter will help teachers
get started in making their own web page that can be accessed and
updated at any time from any computer that is connected to the
Internet. The web site we will use in called Teacher Web. It
allows the teacher to create a series of pages on announcements,
homework, FAQ, about the teacher, a calendar and links. This
user friendly web site can be mastered very quickly. This is a
very good way of sharing information with students and parents
since they can access the teacher page from their home computer.
This empowers the teacher since they have complete control of the
site and can update, add or delete any information at any time.
